      Coming back to Arty as my door handle came off and locked myself in. He is on break but still trying to help me out. I eventually fixed the issue by myself following his instruction. Saved me $200+ by a couple text messages and 2 phone calls! This man is a legend and he deserves a 6-star rating!

      Reliable quality and professional performance. I called Arty late Saturday for an urgent repair in the cbd. He skipped his dinner, arriving within 40 minutes, and did the job fast and well. Considering the landlord is a difficult person, he spent time writing a detailed and comprehensive description of the repair on the invoice. if any friend of mine needs a Locksmith, I will highly recommend this man.

As I am selling my property, he suggested that I swap the older front doorknob lock to the back garage door and install the new doorknob lock on the front door. I hadn't thought of doing this so Arty was very helpful in suggesting this to me. My front door now looks perfect with the new doorknob lock installed and Arty took time to adjust this lock, so that it worked perfectly with the other separate dead lock above, that is on the same door.
