In the heady, desperate world of needing a locksmith, reviews mean everything... so I am here to tell you this guy is legit!!! Timely, professional, reasonable, honest. I rarely sign into my real name account to post reviews, but I feel it is the least I could do after Arty bailed me out of a nightmare situation: house/catsitting alone, unfamiliar suburb, no spare keys, phone battery at 8%, an hour from home, car keys also locked inside...Arty just happened to be in the area and generously took the time out to do a little detour - one small trip for a locksmith, one giant crisis averted for a helpless soul. Sure, any locksmith in the area could've done that. But here's why Arty gets my full recommendation.Upfront costs. Upfront about timing. Professional, friendly and straightforward on the phone. Accurate ETA. Explained everything as he was doing it, BUT DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL AND STUCK TO THE VERY REASONABLE PRICE QUOTED ON THE PHONE - even though it was a slightly trickier lock and he knew I was desperate.
