I rarely sign into my real name account to post reviews, but I feel it is the least I could do after Arty bailed me out of a nightmare situation: house/catsitting alone, unfamiliar suburb, no spare keys, phone battery at 8%, an hour from home, car keys also locked inside...Arty just happened to be in the area and generously took the time out to do a little detour - one small trip for a locksmith, one giant crisis averted for a helpless soul. Sure, any locksmith in the area could've done that. But here's why Arty gets my full recommendation.Upfront costs. Upfront about timing. Professional, friendly and straightforward on the phone. Accurate ETA. Explained everything as he was doing it, BUT DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL AND STUCK TO THE VERY REASONABLE PRICE QUOTED ON THE PHONE - even though it was a slightly trickier lock and he knew I was desperate. Checked the lock just to be sure. Was not at any moment condescending or gruff as is often the case with tradesmen dealing with women. Payment was easy and we were done in 5 minutes. I was paranoid about everything going wrong and nothing did.Three cheers to good blokes like Arty who help me maintain faith in humanity and professional services. 10/10 will recommend to all.
